Faith Intelligence™ was founded by Lesley Gadson, a technology entrepreneur, executive strategist, leadership coach, and athlete committed to transforming the way people grow.
After more than 15 years leading organizational strategy, executive coaching, leadership development, operational excellence, and business transformation for Fortune 100 organizations, Lesley recognized a challenge that technology had yet to solve. The world had access to more information than ever before, yet people continued to struggle with consistency, decision-making, accountability, and long-term growth.
